Ford's Garage, the 36-unit vintage auto-themed burger and craft beer concept, launched its Savor the Season limited-time menu on November 3, layering seasonal comfort food and festive beverages onto its core lineup across nine states.
The promotion arrives as full-service casual chains increasingly use holiday LTOs to defend traffic against quick-service competition and drive gift card revenue during the highest consumer-spending weeks of the year.
What's on the Menu
The seasonal food lineup centers on four new or reformulated items. The headliner is a revamped Mama Ford's Homemade Meatloaf — Certified Angus Beef, seared and finished with red wine gravy, crispy onion straws and a choice of two sides. The Double Clutch Burger stacks two quarter-pound Certified Angus Beef patties with American cheese, pickle planks, caramelized onions and Ford's Deluxe Sauce. Sweet and Sticky Wings — tossed in honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime and Sriracha — round out the shareable side of the menu, available in six- or ten-piece counts. A Bourbon Toffee Pecan Pie, served with vanilla ice cream and house-made bourbon toffee sauce, closes the meal.
On the beverage side, the chain added a Frosted Cranberry Margarita built on Patrón Silver Tequila, a non-alcoholic Cranberry Ginger Fizz using Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, and a featured Blue Moon Belgian White. The non-alcoholic option signals a nod to the growing demand for zero-proof alternatives that has reshaped bar programs across casual and fast-casual segments alike.
Gift Card Push
Alongside the food and drink rollout, Ford's Garage is running a gift card incentive through December 31: guests who buy $50 in gift cards receive a $10 Bonus Card redeemable January 1 through February 28, 2027, in restaurants only. Cards are available in-unit and online. The structure mirrors widely used retail bounce-back mechanics and gives the chain a tool to pull holiday spend forward while building return visits into the new year.
"The holidays are all about bringing people together over great food and memorable experiences," said Billy Downs, President of Ford's Garage. "Our Savor the Season menu celebrates the comfort foods people know and love, with creative twists and bold flavors that make them feel special for the season."
Operator Context
Founded in 2012 in Fort Myers, Fla., Ford's Garage operates as an Official Licensee of Ford Motor Company, leaning on the automotive heritage theme across its restaurant design and branding. The 36-location footprint spans nine states, positioning it as a regional-to-national growth concept in the better-burger segment — a category that has seen sustained consumer interest even as broader casual dining traffic has softened. Limited-time menus and gift card promotions are among the lower-cost levers multi-unit operators use to lift average check and frequency without permanent menu complexity. For food and beverage operators tracking holiday foodservice merchandising strategies, Ford's Garage's combo of LTO dishes, festive cocktails, and a structured gift card bonus offers a textbook execution of the seasonal traffic-and-transaction playbook.
