The Bundle Structure
TGI Fridays is rolling out a structured combo platform called 3 For All, positioning the offer as a full dining experience rather than a stripped-down value play. The menu pairs a full-size appetizer, a choice of entrée and a beverage across three price points — $11.99, $13.99 and $16.99 — giving casual-dining operators a clear template for driving check frequency without discounting the brand.
Appetiizer choices include Mozzarella Sticks, Pan-Seared Potstickers, Broccoli Cheddar Soup and a House Salad. Beverages default to fountain drinks, iced tea or a Signature Slush, with a $5 upgrade to a Classic Margarita or 16 oz. Michelob Ultra. Entrée tiers run from a Chicken Quesadilla or Cheeseburger at the entry price through Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Shrimp Caesar Salad at $13.99, up to Sliced Steak Frites, Bruschetta Chicken Pasta and Blackened Chicken Alfredo at $16.99. Several dishes are exclusive to the 3 For All platform, a detail that gives the program a pull beyond a simple bundled discount.
Why It Matters for Foodservice
The launch lands as casual-dining operators face sustained pressure on guest traffic and average check. Industry data has consistently shown that transparent value bundling — a fixed price covering multiple courses — outperforms open-ended discount messaging in driving repeat visit intent, a dynamic relevant to any foodservice program, from full-service chains to c-store foodservice operators competing for the same meal occasions.
For the convenience channel, TGI Fridays' move is worth tracking as a benchmark. As forecourt-to-back-of-house foodservice investments grow at larger chains — operators like Wawa, Sheetz and Casey's have all expanded hot-food and bundled-meal offerings — the question of how to price a complete meal experience at a compelling value tier is directly relevant. The 3 For All architecture, where a single SKU covers protein, a side-equivalent and a dispensed beverage, mirrors the bundled combo logic many c-store foodservice directors have piloted with roller-grill and commissary programs. New Cocktail, New Partner
Alongside 3 For All, Fridays is debuting a limited cocktail called the Kick in the Pantalones — a jalapeño-mango margarita built on Pantalones Organic Blanco Tequila, the brand co-founded by actor Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camila McConaughey. The drink uses DeKuyper Triple Sec, fresh agave sour and mango, finished with a Tajín half-rim. The celebrity-tequila category has been a consistent traffic driver for on-premise accounts, and the Pantalones partnership gives Fridays a topical peg for social promotion tied to the 3 For All launch window.
Ray Blanchette, Chief Executive Officer at TGI Fridays, called the platform "value that still feels unmistakably Fridays," emphasizing that full-size portions and premium tier options like Sliced Steak Frites were deliberate choices to avoid the perception of a stripped menu. The chain operates nearly 400 restaurants across almost 40 countries. Pricing and participation may vary by location.
