SANY Nutrition Group's Beyond Resilience brand has launched three protein snack formats — Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops — all available online now and positioned squarely at the grab-and-go, better-for-you segment that continues to press into convenience channel sets.

The Jonesboro, Arkansas-based family-owned manufacturer debuted the lineup at Pepcom's Holiday Spectacular in New York City on Oct. 28. The three SKUs join Beyond Resilience's existing Protein Crunch Bar and extend the brand's strategy of building formats across texture and daypart rather than anchoring to a single bar format.

The Products

Crunch Pops are the protein leader of the trio — each 20-gram pouch delivers 16 grams of protein in savory flavors (Chili & Lime, Nacho Cheddar, Caramelized Corn) and 14 grams in chocolate varieties (Dark, Milk, and White Chocolate). The low-sugar, high-protein profile puts them squarely in GLP-1-adjacent positioning, a lane that has gained significant shelf space in convenience as operators look for items that align with weight-management-medication users who still want satisfying snacks. Crunch Pops retail at $5.99 per 2.12-oz pouch, with an eight-pouch box also available.

Mini Brittles are a 40-gram bag format delivering 7.5 grams of protein per serving in a caramelized speculoos cream and crispy protein crisp layered under milk chocolate — no artificial coloring. At $7.99 per 7.05-oz bag, the format is compact enough for an impulse hook near the register. Fro-Bite, priced at $6.98 for a 7.97-oz package, wraps peak-frozen fruit in sugar-free protein chocolate across Strawberry, Banana + Peanut Butter, Mango, and Blueberry Granola varieties, delivering 4–6 grams of protein depending on SKU.

C-Store Relevance

Protein snacks remain one of the fastest-moving better-for-you segments on the convenience floor. NACS data has consistently shown that health-and-wellness snacks outperform the broader packaged snack category in inside-sales comps at chains that rotate assortments aggressively. The proliferation of GLP-1 drug adoption among core c-store shoppers — adults 30–55 — has operators from regional chains to single-store operators reconsidering their cooler and grab-and-go planograms to include higher-protein, lower-sugar options that satisfy without large caloric loads.

SANY's vertical integration gives it a potential supply-chain edge for channel partners. The Jonesboro facility produces up to 500 million bars and bites annually and spans formulation, packaging design, regulatory support, and nationwide warehousing — meaning the company can move a concept to shelf-ready in weeks. That speed matters to buyers at regional chains evaluating new protein formats who need to test and rotate SKUs faster than traditional food-manufacturer timelines allow.

"Our Fro-Bite, Mini Brittles, and Crunch Pops embody everything Beyond Resilience stands for: protein that tastes like a treat, not a compromise," said Angela Pernsteiner, founder and investor of SANY Nutrition Group. "Whether you're craving something cool and fruity, rich and chocolatey, or bold and savory, we wanted to give people snacks they could reach for anywhere, anytime, without giving up the flavor or crunch they love."

Pipeline and Pricing

Beyond Resilience's upcoming pipeline includes Prookies (15g protein, cookie-style bites in Biscoff, Hazelnut, Peanut Butter, and Vanilla Pretzel), Giant Clusters (15g protein caramel-chocolate clusters), and Vitamin Splash (4–6g protein, freeze-dried fruit in chocolate with 20 mg added vitamin C). The depth of that pipeline signals SANY's intent to build Beyond Resilience into a multi-format, multi-daypart brand rather than a single-product play — a structure that fits convenience operators' preference for anchor brand relationships over one-off SKU additions.

From Nov. 1 through Jan. 1, a 15% discount applies to online orders of $60 or more with code ProteinSeason. All three new products are available now at b-resilience.com.
