Cold Stone Creamery is adding two limited-time Creations to its fall menu, available now at all locations nationwide through November 17, 2026. The seasonal push pairs a returning fan favorite with a newly developed build, both leaning on branded ingredient co-partnerships to drive shelf appeal.
The Two LTO Builds
The returning Going Bananas for JELL-O® Pudding Creation combines JELL-O® Banana Cream Pudding Ice Cream with NILLA® Wafers, banana, and whipped topping — a nostalgia-forward assembly that last appeared on the menu to strong guest response. The new entry, Crumb and Get It, layers HONEY MAID® Graham Cracker Ice Cream with cookie dough, HONEY MAID® Graham Crackers, and cookie butter. Both promotional flavors — JELL-O® Banana Cream Pudding and HONEY MAID® Graham Cracker — are also available as standalone scoops during the window.
For c-store operators and foodservice buyers tracking dessert daypart trends, the co-branded ingredient strategy is worth noting. Cold Stone's parent, Kahala Brands™, operates a portfolio of nearly 30 quick-service and fast-casual concepts across approximately 3,000 locations in 35 countries. Name-brand mix-ins from Kraft Heinz-owned JELL-O and NILLA, and Mondelēz-owned HONEY MAID, give the LTOs immediate consumer recognition without requiring menu education — a playbook that translates well to impulse-driven retail foodservice settings.
Seasonal Strategy and Channel Context
Fall LTO windows have become a critical traffic driver for the frozen-treat segment, which historically sees softening as temperatures drop. Operators across convenience and foodservice channels have increasingly leaned on warm-flavor cues — think caramel, spice, and graham cracker — to sustain dessert sales into Q4. Cold Stone's Crumb and Get It squarely targets that trend, using cookie butter and graham cracker as comfort-forward signals rather than pumpkin spice, which has grown increasingly crowded.
Courtney Maxedon, VP of Marketing and Digital Strategy at Kahala Brands™, framed the dual-launch as a balance of familiarity and novelty. "We're excited to bring back the Going Bananas for JELL-O® Pudding Creation™ while giving guests something new to try with the Crumb and Get It Creation™," she said.
With roughly 1,500 Cold Stone units globally across approximately 30 countries, the LTO program represents meaningful scale for co-brand partners. For convenience retailers considering in-store ice cream or dessert programs — whether through licensed foodservice partnerships or proprietary dispensed-dessert offerings — the branded-ingredient model offers a proven template for menu differentiation without heavy back-of-house investment. The limited-time framing also supports the urgency mechanics that loyalty programs at c-stores increasingly rely on to drive repeat visits.
Both Creations are available for a limited time at participating Cold Stone Creamery locations.
