Deliverect has partnered with loyalty and gift card software provider DataCandy to wire its digital ordering platform directly into DataCandy's rewards engine, giving quick-service and enterprise restaurant operators a single system to recognize guests whether an order arrives through a branded app, a third-party delivery marketplace, or across the counter.

The integration is built on Deliverect's API-first architecture and connects first-party digital channels, third-party aggregators, and in-store point-of-sale lanes to DataCandy's loyalty and gift card programs. The goal is to close the data gap that typically fragments guest history across ordering channels — a persistent pain point for multi-unit operators running parallel digital storefronts.

For c-store foodservice operators watching QSR closely, the move reflects a broader push across the away-from-home eating channel to close the loop between digital ordering volume and loyalty member retention. Convenience retailers investing in dispensed beverage programs and back-of-house foodservice have faced the same fragmentation problem: a loyalty member who orders through a third-party app often disappears from the operator's own CRM. Unified integrations like this one are increasingly how larger foodservice players are addressing that leakage. For context on how c-store loyalty programs are evolving alongside QSR, see coverage of fuel and loyalty program trends and foodservice-at-cstore channel growth.

DataCandy, which serves the Canadian and U.S. restaurant and retail markets, brings a purpose-built loyalty and stored-value stack to the partnership. Deliverect's platform already sits between the kitchen and a wide range of ordering surfaces for enterprise chains, so layering in loyalty recognition at the order-injection point — rather than downstream — is intended to make enrollment and redemption frictionless for both staff and guests.

No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed. The integration is available now to Deliverect customers who use or adopt DataCandy's loyalty and gift card solutions.
