The Seasonal Push

Paris Baguette is rolling out its broadest holiday limited-time offering yet on November 4, placing more than 11 seasonal items across its bakery-café network nationwide. The drop targets the November through late-December traffic window — historically the highest-volume period for dispensed beverage and grab-and-go bakery at foodservice-forward café concepts — and arrives as the chain pursues a projected 1,000 North American locations by 2030.

The new LTO centers on three flavor platforms: Crème Brûlée, Tiramisu, and the returning Peppermint Mocha. On the pastry side, that translates to a Crème Brûlée Supreme Croissant filled with vanilla pastry cream and finished with a caramelized sugar top, a Cinnamon Churro Crème Brûlée Mini Croissant, a Peppermint Mocha Supreme Croissant dipped in chocolate, and the returning Snowman King Cream Donut loaded with vanilla bean cream and white chocolate. A Peppermint Mochi Donut and a Peppermint Hot Chocolate Waffle — a Liège-style Belgian waffle finished with Ghirardelli hot chocolate, marshmallows, and candy canes — round out the baked lineup.

Beverages and Permanents

On the beverage side, the chain is leaning on its Lavazza Espresso platform to extend the seasonal story. New entries include a Crème Brûlée Latte dusted with golden sugar and a Tiramisu Latte topped with sweet cream and cocoa powder, both available hot or iced. The Peppermint Mocha returns in hot and iced formats, and Peppermint Hot Chocolate rounds out the cold-weather sip lineup. Notably, the Tiramisu Cake and Slice — layers of espresso-soaked genoise and mascarpone cream finished with chocolate ganache — transitions to a permanent menu slot this season, a signal that the chain sees year-round demand for the format.

The holiday push also includes a dedicated Thanksgiving cake collection, available through November 29. The four-SKU lineup spans a Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle, a Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake, a classic Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing (also sold by the slice), and a Caramel Apple Streusel Cheesecake built on a New York-style graham cracker base. Whole cakes as seasonal centerpieces have gained traction across bakery-café and foodservice channels in recent years as operators look for high-ticket, low-labor revenue opportunities.

Loyalty Mechanics

Paris Baguette is pairing the LTO launch with a series of PB Rewards member promotions throughout November designed to drive app downloads and repeat visits — a playbook increasingly common across loyalty-driven foodservice programs. Highlights include a free medium coffee for Veterans Day on November 11, a $0.13 pastry offer on November 13, a buy-one-get-one cake slice on National Cake Day (November 23), and a free coffee or pastry on Cyber Monday, November 30. First-time app sign-ups receive a complimentary pastry on their next visit.

"We're so excited to welcome back the beloved Peppermint Mocha and introduce decadent dessert flavors like Crème Brûlée and Tiramisu," said Cathy Chavenet, Chief Marketing Officer at Paris Baguette North America. "And with our handcrafted Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving cakes, there's something sweet for every gathering this season."

For operators watching the bakery-café segment, the Paris Baguette move reflects a broader industry pattern: use limited-time flavor stories to spike dispensed beverage and pastry attach rates during the holiday rush, while loyalty mechanics convert seasonal trial into sustained membership growth heading into the new year.
